Ashly Agency created a weekly digital communications workflow that focused on content planning, short-form video editing, and optimizing platforms. This included developing weekly themes around prayer calls and Sunday messages, producing engaging 60–90 second video reels, crafting pastoral captions, and managing cross-platform distribution across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Threads. Additionally, the agency provided content buffers for times when the ministry required extra support.
